Why I’m Passionate About Healing Together
In today’s world, there’s a prevailing message that emphasizes “work on yourself” and “love yourself first”—often in isolation. While self-growth is important, I’ve witnessed time and again that healing in isolation can create a gap between partners.
When one partner grows and the other isn’t exposed to the same healing environment, the divide between them can widen over time, causing disconnection. But here’s the truth: relationships are one of the most powerful spaces for healing.
As the saying goes, “Human beings are born in connection, wounded in connection—so why not heal in connection?”
